I am trying to translate a letter from a Prague police station refering to a pickpocketing. After I have pressed the translate key I get an error message saying "sorry the page you requested contains a file type (application/octet-stream) We are unable to translate. The letter was put onto my documents as a jpg file. Alan Beasley HELP
