Hi Rosslyn, If you were using phonetic typing for Chinese, we did have to turn this off a few days ago. We had a problem with our launch that required us to roll it back, so this feature was only available for a couple days.
Don't worry, it's coming back soon. We're just fixing up some bugs and it should be available again. If it wasn't Chinese you were using it for, please let us know the information Xi asked for above, and that'll help us better debug your problem. Thanks!
