Hi KingKong, What browser are you using? The promo should never cover up your translated text, if it is, that's a bug, and if you let me know what browser you're using I'll make sure it gets fixed.
As far as getting it to not show, you could install Chrome =D Alternatively, we do stop showing it after a while. If you Shift- Refresh your page a bunch of times (~25) it should stop showing. But this is remembered in your cookie, so if you clear your cookies you may start seeing it again.
