Noticed the same thing this afternoon. I checked out one of our sites that we had added Google Translate to this morning and it worked fine; this afternoon it's gone. Checked a few more websites which I've added it to and noted the same error.
I tried adding a fresh patch of code and even restoring yesterdays back up and both failed to restore the drop down.
