It seems that the "detect language" feature has a whole lot of trouble
when there's two languages on the page. For example, say I want to
translate this page:

http://www.ultrahd.name/

into English (it's in Czech, but I didn't know that before).
Obviously there's some English there - and with "detect language", it
detects English... The thing is, if I set it to translate TO English,
obviously I don't care about the English parts there - it would seem
that the language selector is giving up way too easily.

I did the same thing, copying all the text there to the translate box
- with the first two lines in English, it wouldn't select Czech
correctly.

At the very least, there should be some kind of restriction to keep
the "detect language" feature from selecting the "translate to"
language without going through the whole (or at least more of) the
page/text to see if there is another language there.

Better yet, all the languages present in the page/text could be
listed, and you could select any one/any combination/all of the
languages to translate.

I can't say how many times this "feature" of the "detect language"
function has caused mild amounts of frustration because it picks up on
the small amount of English text on a page...
