Hi dzoni, The short of the situation is that language identification is actually a pretty tough problem. We're working on improving this, but I can't guarantee it'll improve in the immediate future.
As a workaround, you can add some markup to your page that will prevent your page from being translated by Google at all: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2008/10/helping-you-break-language-barrier.html That might not be quite what you want, but at least it would prevent the popup identifying it as the wrong language.
