There are many Google services, such as https://profiles.google.com/, that think that I am Bulgarian. They inevitably need me to login before I can access them, but even though my profile clearly shows that I speak English, I get everything in Bulgarian.
I wouldn't mind so much, except that I don't understand Bulgarian. My IP is in Bulgaria, but my google account profile says that I speak English.
