Hi Andrew, Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We're looking for a solution to make this easier for users.
There is a work around, though. Select the target language "Chinese (Tranditional)" Then select the source language "Chinese". That should work. Then if you need to translate from Traditional to Simplified, just hit swap.
