Yes there is still the "contribute a better translation" button, if you are translating the whole website. Just like here: http://translate.google.com/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=zh-TW&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=en&tl=zh-TW&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com Hover above any text and a bubble will pop up, and there you can find your "contribute a better translation" button back!
