Good health to you, Google Translate group. I am from Atlanta, Georgia and am currently a Lecturer at University in Türkiye. I have noticed that the word "zenci" -- used in Turkish for Black people, but the term itself comes from the word "Zanzibar", denoting African features or culture -- is only translating as "nigger". That is incorrect, as I have had many Turks explain to me. The derisiveness of the English term does not fit, as the Turkish word is used publicly and at every level of public intercourse -- and it is misleading to infer one meaning to the other. What is the method by which this can be corrected?
