Do you think "Screw" would be better? The real problem is that Hebrew has such a thing as an "invisible subject" and English doesn't. So to translate "דופקים אותנו" it should be seen as "אנחנו נדפקים" which would translate to "we are being screwed". Of course its meaning is a bit different, but I think that's the closest it gets.
