Our MediaWiki site has a google translate toolbar set up on it to allow people from other countries rapid translation of page content.
The toolbar frequently refuses to load on my and other computers and in the process stalls the ability to load and view pages. This problem affects the view-ability of thousands of website pages. It does not affect everyone equally. Dozens of refresh/reload attempts over periods as long as a half hour fail to solve the problem.
