It has been a month since I first posted and I've yet to receive a single response. Google asks that you ask your questions on it's forum and then fails you completely by ignoring you. Rude. Even if Google is too stupid to know the answer, the least they can do is notify you that they are, in fact, too stupid to answer. Ignoring someone isn't customer service and it certainly doesn't accomplish anything but to alienate the people it relies on for business. 30 days ago I like Google. Now, Google is on that same black list as Time Warner, etc. - any of those big companies that have lost touch with, and interest in, the common person. Iddjutts!
