Hit shift, then drag the words/phrases into the correct order. But you can only swap the order around _within_ the phrase, as Google Translate defines it. Which doesn't help when a sentence has been broken into two (or more) phrases: in German-to-English this often seems to happen when a proper noun is reached ... and word order in German being what it is, there is often a need to substantially rearrange the English to make sense!
