When you select a document and convert it, the resulting screen has a frame at the top which says translated version, however the lower section which should be the translated portion is only maybe 10 pixels high. I can scroll in that small little section and see all the translated text half a letter at a time, but cannot see the whole document.
This occurs on every version of IE from 7 through 9 with compatability mode on or off. So, however that frame is being written it's not working.
