. . . Not sure what your exact circumstances are but could it be that you have brought computers with you? Might they be getting mixed up between your old location and your new? E.g. Google could be recognising you are in Germany while conflicting with your old region and timezone ?
Try going through all your offline and online location settings, and changing them all to your locale, and if that doesn't work, changing them all back to your previous location.
