Yes, there is a meta tag:

<meta name="google" content="notranslate" />

Unfortunately, both this meta tag and the CSS class are buggy. If Google 
Translator encounters a page with the meta tag, it will return nothing to 
the user instead of the not translated page (original state).

My advice: Let it be a rely on the ability of Google to identify the page's 
language (which works and almost gives the expected results).
