hi, I have a question:
When should we use "Rate" option? Before of after we edit the
translate?
I think there should be a message under the ("New! Hold down the shift
key, click, and drag the words above to reorder. Dismiss") specifying
clearly when to "Rate" the translation.
Am I wrong?
