go to http://www.google.com/preferences?hl=en there you can set it up to any language you'd like Google apps to use as a default, using this link you don't have to login just enable cookies to save your selection... been looking for this link for quite some time too, hate it when the languages suddenly synchronize to the language of the country I find myself in and I don't want to use it, and there is no easy way to change it....
