I just want to chime in and suggest the addition of Sanskrit to the translation engine. There's plenty of reasons to do so.
1) Sanskrit is used daily by over a billion people, a few of them even use it as their native language (it was revived as a primary spoken language in the village of Mattur in Karnataka) 2) Sanskrit is cognate with Latin, and like Latin is the foundation for many languages. All the major North Indian languages are Sanskritic, and South Indian languages are heavily influenced by it. 3) Sanskrit is notoriously difficult to learn, but a translation engine would be helpful to literally billions of people, not only in India but also throughout the world. It would help plenty of scholars as well as average people. 4) Sanskrit is just a really awesome language, and you'd definitely get nerd points for adding it. If you can tackle Latin then you can definitely tackle Sanskrit. There are so many grammatical similarities between Latin and Sanskrit, and so many vocabulary similarities between Sanskrit and Hindi (since a lot of Hindi words originate in Sanskrit) that it's just natural to go there.
