I doubt it. Voice recognition software is stored on googles servers. What it does is it records your phrase, sends it to google where they can analyze it, then they send the results back. They do this for several reasons, one being that every time someone sends them a recording of their voice, then google can keep that recording to help widen and improve their voice recognition software by analyzing it over and over again. I doubt they will ever allow it anyways, because most handheld devices don't have the resources/CPU power to support such a concept.
