Be careful and do not trust completely the romaji automated
translation. Kanji readings can change according to the context, even
in romaji.
Frankly speaking I do not see the point in turning to romaji a whole
japanese text.
If this is just for a question of reading, better turn it to hiragana,
at least it will keep the grammatical structure which helps a lot.
Romaji is really so far from the Japanese language. As is katakana so
far from english ...
