I live in Sebastopol, California and therefore frequently access web pages
containing the word "Sebastopol".

On pages which have the word "Sebastopol" but not a lot of other text (for
example a chart of local rain totals, or my phone bill), the language
auto-detect feature often decides the page is in Romanian and offers to
translate it for me (I'm guessing this is related to the existence of
Sevastopol, Ukraine near Romania).

Is there a way to get "Sebastopol" added to the list of valid English words?
