I, too, had an audio (speaker image) icon on my Google Translate pages, until I bought a new computer. I really NEED to HEAR the word translated in order to pronounce it correctly for the audio books I narrate. Now I miss my "old" computer, because it still shows up and works on that machine as well as my laptop. :o(
Until a response is given to this issue, I'm going to have to stop recording, run into the other room, hear it, run back, get back into position for working in order to continue on. I'm just grateful there are only thirty words that I need to hear! ;o) I also agree with another poster in another discussion to this topic, that the voice translation needs to be slowed down or at least have the ability to slow it down. Hopefully, this post will be seen and responded to since no one else's submissions appear to have been acknowledged.
