The Translate toolbar for webpages has a major design flaw; and that is 
that it is in the language of the site. So, if you do not speak the 
language of the site you are visiting; EXACTLY the person who will need to 
use the toolbar, you CANNOT UNDERSTAND what the toolbar is saying. Even if 
you know what it did, you will not be able to pick out your language 
because you wont be able to understand it.  How was this missed? 
(Or have I not found out how to change this? I have looked everywhere)
