Hello, I am a developer of a web app for translators. This web app works like Google Translator's Toolkit. I want to incorporate Google Translate Web Element into my web app to help translators. I am wondering is it OK to extract translated results and insert it to the editor of my web app. I read terms of service, and I found no opposition regarding this. But I want to make it sure because some users may question using Web Element in this way.
In detail, my intended workflow is: 1. A user clicks "Show Google Translate" button. 2. The web app creates iframe and fill it with HTML containing source text and Google Translate Web Element. 3. The user chooses target language of the Web Element and the source text is translated into the target language. 4. The user clicks "Use this translation" button. 5. The web app extracts translated text and inserts it to the editor of the web app. 6. The user edits the machine-translated text to finish his translation. Thank you for your reply in advance. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "General" group.
