Hello, maddashell! To me it sounds rather like you might have a GMail related problem. If so, you should ask in the GMail Help Forum<https://productforums.google.com/forum/#%21forum/gmail>. If you use a mail account at some other provider, it's rather a question of your junk settings (e-mail client) or of your provider's spam filter.
