I browsed to http://translate.google.com.mt/, selected auto-language detect, to be translated to 'Malti (Maltese), however the translation is not grammatically correct. "carpe diem, quam minimum credula postero"
The literal translation to english (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpe_diem_quam_minimum_credula_postero), reads "Seize the day, trusting as little as possible in the future.", whilst the translation "engine" seemed to truncate a few words by returning "Jahtfu il-jum, fidu", which does not make sense to me as a Maltese native.
