Hi Bill, Good news. I hope it is fixed for the other user too.
I have no problems using either IE, MF or Safari (the one I use most, being under Mac OS X) but happens sometimes on my side with Chrome. I found another solution to solve this but a bit time-consuming. Changing the browser, if it works, seems to be the best solution.
