Hi Bogan, To my knowledge, this feature is not (yet?) provided by Google.
There are existing technical solutions provided by recognized companies that I won't name here but most of them are meant for professional translators and are not available for free. Another option, if you only have one audio document to transcript could be to use a single shot transcription service. Prices usually start from 1 USD / audio minute for easy transcriptions. A reliable and fair audio transcription software would cost you a few hundred dollars or euros. Human intervention/transcription for part of it at least is almost inevitable though to proofread and finalize your document. Depends on your needs. Hope it helps.
