Hi paulofm, The best advice I could give you is to go your control panel and uninstall the toolbar. If it does not work, uninstall the browser and all related toolbars and reinstall it.
This takes a few minutes and should solve your problem. When reinstalled, be careful with the setting options that might be proposed to you such as "automatic translation for all sites" or that kind of stuff. It mainly depends on what you're using.
