Thanks to a friend, I got the answer: It's Adblock Plus. Either Adblock got updated recently, or Google's stylesheets did, but one of them doesn't recognize the other. As a result, Adblock blocks the CSS that controls the "normal" appearance of Translate. To fix:
1. Press Shift Ctrl Y, OR click on the ABP icon at the bottom left of screen, and click Open Blockable Items. 2. Look for an item with a Red X next to it. Add an exception for this (I forget what the exact wording is, but you should be able to see it pretty easily) 3. Reload Google Translate. 4. Translate Never Gonna Give You Up into Latin. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "General" group.
