1. In translate.google.com, the pronunciation any phrase that is translated
can be heard by touching the "Listen" button at the lower right. You may
use this to hear how the words and phrases sound.
You can copy text and paste it into the translate box for your
preferred language, and can use the Listen button.
I also suggest that you search online to find tools that will read
entire pages - tools are available for this purpose.
2. Although Translate does not show additional forms of verbs, you can find
them easily by typing the phrases in the source:

"I have seen the house"
"I am seeing the house"
