Tell you what, I'd be very interested if this could be implemented for desktop (and I guess, mobile) web browsing as well as for google goggles and the like. I've just spent about an hour trying to pick out information from a bunch of foreign language PDFs ... which are all scans of typewritten/typeset legal documents. Totally incompatible with Translate as-is (basically I retyped the pertinent paragraphs into Notepad, then copied & pasted into Translate... each and every time), but probably none too difficult to OCR, even in-browser.
