The language dropdown design is nor very useful in its current form. The
Google Symbol we like but there is no association with a language change.
The text wihtin is shown in any language of whatever the browser's setup is
currently. People who are using the website may not understand this
language but want to change the language so they can understand the
website's content and therefore need to find the button or dropdown by an
appropriate "Language Change" symbol.

Within the dropdown, the language is shown in this browser language
mentioned above. But the user mainly wants to change the language because
it cannot understand what's displayed. So every language text should be
displayed in the language of it's origin e.g. Deutsch instead of German or
Руски instead of Russian or whatever language the browser's favorite
currently is.

Is there any possibility for webmaster's, to change the appearence of this
dropdown to whatever the website's need? Might be country flags could be
the appropriate method. Some websites are designed to rich people in
countries around and therefore do not need to be translated in every other
language of the world. So there it would be better to have only two, three
flags wihch changes the language instantly.

I'd love to hear from other people what they think to this theme.
