I have the same problem and I'm suprised there are no other forums online complaining about this. Has anyone figured out how to get the suggestions to work? I'm also discovered that any corrections you add in the manager console do not get added when someone translates the page via translate.google.com (ie it only works if you click on translate using the google translate plugin).
