Maybe it's just a function of actual traffic and usage. If it's 
"statistical machine translation" that doesn't necessarily imply human 
agency. (Well, there may be a bias 
through the programming information, but that could partly be due to 
limitations in the software.) 

It could just be that there are as many or more .hr's as there are .rs's, 
using Google Translate. Period.

....Anyway, just my two cents. I just joined this group today because I 
have to have a technical manual translated from English to French. 
Wondering where to go 
for an overview or a Guide 4 Dummies.
