summary: gender of pronouns changes from sentence to sentence (French to English translation). Create an option to force a single gender for all of translated text?
So I was using your rather awesome service, and translated the following French text: "Laure Courtellemont décide d'aller plus loin dans son travail en créant Ragga Jam®. Son projet lui vaut de remporter le concours « Talent des Cités » organisé en 2003 par la RATP." (from URL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3X8nQcZZ9ts&feature=related) which gives the English translation: "Courtellemont Laure decides to go further in its work by creating Ragga Jam ®. Her project earned him win the contest "Talent Cities" organized in 2003 by the RATP." Would it work to create a "translate all pronouns as (male/female/gender neutral)" option, for situations when the user already knows the gender of the subject/s? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "General" group.
