You will (probably) have to write a short program to translate the symbols into English systems. Do you know Arabic? There is a system devised by Tim Bruckwalter that does exacltly that for Arabic characters.
http://www.qamus.org/transliteration.htm The beauty of his system is that it is one for one and is therefore usable in a dictionary. The pronounciation is approximate. What you should do is take a look at Hindu characters. You can do this by dowloading a Web page and examining the HTML. You then have to have a translation program into Latin characters which does a similar thing to what Tim has done for Arabic? - Ian Parker On Sep 9, 4:59 am, "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hello, > > I would like the hindi translation of english phrases, however I am > only able to view the translation in the hindi symbols.
