Hi Ryan, I'm not sure what you mean by dragging arabic into the toolbar? Which "translation page" are you referring to? Unfortunately I don't think the Google Toolbar word-translator supports Arabic.
You can do Arabic translations by going directly to http://translate.google.com/ however.
