Under your blog settings, click Layout. Then click edit by the "HTML/Javascript" element. If you don't have an "HTML/Javascript" element, click Add a Gadget, and scroll down until you see HTML/Javascript and add that. Paste the <script>...</script> stuff you get at http://translate.google.com/translate_tools in, and that should work.
