I have built a Perl script that does translations between Swedish and English in IRC channels. The script calls Google translate through http for every arriving message, no more then 1 per second. This script worked fine for 3 to 4 days after that Google translate started demanding an GDSESS cookie. This is kind of cumbersome as you can only get this cookie after completing a captcha. Is there an other way I can access Google translate using perl, and not getting the trouble I'm getting now ?
