I would suggest that you first edit the text to redact the words which make it confidential by substituting meanless analogous words and then you can manually translate those few word
For instance if I want to translate "The delivery will arrive at 1167 Allmendstraße on saturday morning" I can redact this to "The cake will arrive at the party on monday morning" in German Der Kuchen kommt auf dem Parteitag am Montag Morgen I can the seperately translate phrases containing the parts I have redacted . I went to the park on saturday afternoon Ich ging in den Park "am Samstag" Nachmittag When will the delivery be ready for pickup? Wann wird "die Lieferung" werden zur Abholung bereit? AND then reconstruct the original sentence by substituting the redacted sections. Der Kuchen kommt auf dem Parteitag am Montag Morgen "Die Lieferung kommt auf 1167 Allmendstraße am Samstag Morgen" The process can be shown to work because this backtranslates to "The delivery comes in 1167 Allmend street on Saturday morning" This would therefore certainly convey the basic meaning. Obviously if you want a smooth translation or a translation of a more complex topic you will have too get a translater who can sign a confidentiality/ nondisclosure agreement.
