I am using a slick new website creator called WIX.com. Problem is,
when I want to add flags to my first page that have translation links
pasted into the URL box provided by WIX for each link created, WIX
changes "&" in the query part of the URL to "&".

This works OK for every part of the query URL except the "To:
Language"; e.g. tl=fr for French. When the tl=fr is preceded by the
& the message occurs (paraphrased) "Cannot convert English to
English". When I strip out the "amp;" part of this URL query code,
leaving just the "&" it translates perfectly to the French version of
my website. And, remember, all other parts of the query work fine
with the "&" in....except, the "tl=XX" part.

Help? I can't very well ask WIX.com to stop converting the "&" to
"&" I tried putting the string other places within the query; no
deal.

Isn't this a bug? Is there a workaround?
