This is a suggestion, and I figured this was the best place for it. I often use the translator to translate some short German phrase into English. Every time I go to the translate page, it's set automatically to Spanish->English. It would be great if each _from_ and _to_ languages were ordered first by their frequency of use (exponential averaging?).
The only drawback is for a person who uses a lot of different languages for whatever reason, and so all their languages are a jumble. Perhaps if a language's use drops below a certain threshold, it gets reset to zero. Then all of the languages with freq=0 will be sorted alphabetically on the bottom. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Translate" group.
