Re-iterating vizguy, the Annotated Timeline chart provided in the Visualization API is the same as the one you see on Google Finance. However, not all its configuration options have been exposed through the API yet. Currently the configuration options available to you can be seen here: http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/annotatedtimeline.html#Configuration_Options
We are working to expose more configuration options. If there are specific options you are looking for it'd be good to hear what those are. It will help us prioritize.
