Hi Nitin, We've commented on this on several other threads with the same/similar questions. The API is an online API and is not meant to be used as a downloadable s/w. Downloading the API is a breach of the Terms of Service.
We have noted several requests for the ability to make the API available in offline mode as a transitory solutions for use-cases when there is no Internet access in a primarily online environment (similar to what Google gears provides for oter Google products). We are looking into that. For more info, pls search the group for those threads. We answered questions on these issue elaborately. Thanks and enjoy the API !
