I think that the smallest time resolution that the ATL can interact
with is 1 day. I've found that it can render and perform mouseovers of
datapoints at smaller increments just fine but when you try to change
the zoom view it has problems. It has also been noted that this is
something that they are working on. One of the developers may be able
to give you more finite answers.
