Hi,

As you said, you can have a tooltip today (or actually, any other thing that
you can do with html, using allowHtml=true).
There are currently no other mechanisms for doing this, but of course you
can create your own visualization and add them.
However, I think you can do a lot with allowHtml=true. I don't think opening
a div between the rows is possible, but i don't think it's also very good to
do.
A question of style, anyway.
