Sorry if I wasn't clear. What I am trying to do is this.

When you go to, http://code.google.com/apis/maps/, you see a map. And
when you click on the location on the map, you see a popup that says

"Sign up for a Google Maps API key or read more about the API" where
Sign up is really a hyperlink and so is "read more about the API". How
can this be acheived?
